Rowena brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and commercial growth, with more than 25 years of experience in strategy and insights around the world. An expert in consumer behavior, she has helped organizations unlock growth through data-driven decision-making across a diverse range of research areas, including brand, communications, innovation, and customer experience. Throughout her career, Rowena has worked across a broad range of sectors, including FMCG, finance, tech, and health, advising clients on complex commercial and strategic challenges. She is recognized for her ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Toluna, Rowena held several senior leadership positions at Kantar, including Group Director in Australia and Managing Director in Myanmar. She is known for her energetic, collaborative, and client-focused approach, partnering closely with organizations to leverage insights that identify opportunities and accelerate business performance. As Country Head, Australia, Rowena will lead Toluna’s Australian business, focusing on strengthening client partnerships, driving innovation, and supporting the continued growth of the company in the market.
