Pim van Leeuwen is appointed Regional Managing Director for Europe, with new joint leadership confirmed for the Netherlands and Nordics
London, 21 September, 2026 — Toluna, a leading global research and insights company, today announced senior leadership appointments that reinforce its European enterprise business with proven leaders from across the organization. Pim van Leeuwen has been appointed Regional Managing Director for Europe, with Kirsten van Wingerden and Gerben Boot appointed Co-Managing Directors for the Netherlands and Nordics.
Van Leeuwen brings more than 11 years of experience across MetrixLab and Toluna, most recently as Managing Director for the Netherlands and Nordics, where he led the business to strong and sustained commercial growth. In his expanded role, he leads Toluna’s enterprise business across the whole of Europe, with ownership of the region’s commercial performance and its most important client relationships. He reports to Angela Morgans, recently named Chief Sales Officer for Toluna’s Enterprise business.
Following Van Leeuwen’s promotion, Kirsten van Wingerden and Gerben Boot have been appointed Co-Managing Directors in the Netherlands and Nordics. Both have contributed significantly to the market’s success in recent years and bring complementary strengths, experience, and perspectives to its leadership.
