Bio: Frédéric-Charles Petit is the Founder and CEO of Toluna. He has built the company into a tech-enabled, AI-first research powerhouse.
Petit has been a pioneer in embedding AI-driven solutions, real-time insights, and flexible service models in pursuit of his vision to push research beyond limits -from today’s constraints to tomorrow’s unlimited possibilities — enabling brands to access insights with unmatched speed, scale, and intelligence.

Bio: Renee Smith is an innovation leader and Global Head of Innovation and Insights at Toluna. She drives the company’s forward-looking agenda around synthetic data, AI, and new methods for delivering research and consumer insights. 

Bio:  
Priyanka Sarkar is Chief Research Officer at Toluna, where she oversees the company’s global research, advanced analytics & data science, and customer success functions. 
 
With responsibility for research, advanced analytics, and data science, she is particularly focused on harnessing AI and new technologies to enhance insight delivery and business impact.

Bio: Frank Smadja is a technology visionary and Toluna’s Chief Technology Officer. He leads Toluna’s engineering, product development, IT, and innovation efforts, driving the evolution of Toluna’s platform and technological architecture.  

Bio: Angela Morgans is Chief Commercial Officer, Europe at Toluna. Angela leads the development and execution of commercial strategies, client growth, and go-to-market initiatives across European markets.  

Bio: Lucia Moir is Chief Operating Officer at Toluna. She leads global operations to deliver scalable, high-quality delivery and drive strategic transformation across the business.   

Bio: Pierre Camagne is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Toluna. In this role, he leads Toluna’s global financial strategy and reporting, helping steer the company’s growth, integration efforts, and financial resilience.   

Bio: Mark van der Pols is a seasoned finance executive and Executive Vice President, Business Finance at Toluna. He is responsible for developing financial strategy, aligning strategic financial planning with execution, and driving growth and financial performance improvement initiatives.  

Bio: Scott Axcell is a transformative growth marketing leader and Chief Marketing Officer at Toluna, where he leads branding, demand generation, product marketing, creative, digital marketing, and marketing operations while serving on the executive leadership team.  

Bio: In his role as Managing Director, Michael Dawson brings more than 20 years of strategic business leadership to lead his global team and deliver outstanding client impact. Over his 15-year career at Toluna, he has overseen partnerships with top global insight and consulting firms, helping drive innovation in digital research.

Bio: Paul Hambly is a veteran leader in the insights and panel industry, serving as Global Head of  Panel & Supply at Toluna. 
 His responsibilities include devising and executing the strategy for Toluna’s global panel network, ensuring quality, scale, and responsiveness to client needs.
