From the Export drop-down menu in Toluna Analytics users download their respondent data and reports instantly in multiple formats and variations, including SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
In Toluna Analytics, users can Export data without needing to wait for project completion.
Sharing reports in Toluna Analytics allows users the ability to provide team members and other stakeholders access to the report, will a variety of permissions and security options.
When Sharing reports, users can opt to share a Fresh Report, a Copy of the current Repot, or provide users a link that will allow them to Work on the same Report.
For even more customization and control, users have the ability to set an access Password, an Expiration date, and enable or disable multiple Permissions, all with a few clicks.
After choosing the appropriate settings, users are able to create a unique URL for secure sharing that will appear in their Sharing History and can be revoked if needed.
