This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This statement sets out the Toluna Group’s approach on understanding and mitigating any potential risks concerning slavery and human trafficking taking place within its own operations and supply chain and the actions undertaken to mitigate any such risks during a financial year.

Due to the nature of the market research services, our supply chain is uncomplicated and consists of suppliers of data, research services and Toluna panel members.
We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity and applying high quality ethics and practices in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter slavery and human trafficking. Toluna has assessed that the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place within its own operations and supply chain is very low risk due to the nature of it’s business and the governance structure.
As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery, we have policies in place and provide employee training programmes to ensure our employees are aware of and adhere to our policies. We also make sure our suppliers are aware of our policies and adhere to the same high standard.
We operate a due diligence process for our suppliers as part of the procurement process and require our suppliers to comply with applicable law through the contractual arrangements.
Toluna aims to periodically review the relevant policies and procedures that it has in place and will periodically review the potential risks of slavery and human trafficking taking place within its own operations and via its supply chain.
