Toluna and Harris Interactive honored as Market Research Company of the Year, in addition to receiving Gold and Silver awards

Paris, France – For the fifth consecutive year, Toluna and Harris Interactive were honored at the Trophées Etudes & Innovations, organized by 100%MEDIA. At the 2022 award ceremony, the teams received three awards, including Gold and Silver in the Guidance and Activation category, as well as the prestigious honor of Market Research Company of the Year.

Gold award for the ‘Musical Performance Barometer’ with Sixième Son

The Musical Performance Barometer (MPB) is the only research tool that analyzes all elements of a brand’s sonic identity to measure and standardize impact. Through a creative approach that incorporates storytelling and over 60 sonic identities divided into 5 categories—recognition, attribution, appreciation, attention, attachment—the MPB is the cornerstone methodology for analyzing brand musical performance. It helps to define best practices for sound and serves as an additional tool to nurture the brand-consumer relationship.

Silver award for the ‘Customer Care Coronavirus Tracker” with Orange

Launched in March 2020 in collaboration with Orange, the still-ongoing Coronavirus Tracker adopted an agile, hybrid approach to help Orange’s teams stay close to their customers throughout the crisis. Through a combination of real-time quantitative studies and customer forums, they have been able to understand the impact of the pandemic and derive actionable insights.

Thanks to the combined quality of submissions to the Trophées Etudes & Innovations, Toluna and Harris Interactive have been named Market Research Company of the Year.
